USES
Helps improve insomnia, difficulty sleeping, and poor sleep.
INTENDED USE
Adults with insomnia, poor sleep, difficulty sleeping.
USE
Take 1 tablet/day, 1 hour before bedtime. Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water (about 200ml).
NOTE
Do not use while driving, operating machinery or working at heights. Do not use for pregnant and lactating women, people who are sensitive to any ingredient of the product. People who are taking medication should consult a healthcare professional before use.
